all right i have been searching the net for parts to buy and i am getting mixed msgs. i have an idea of what works and doesn't work to make a bike faster having worked on cars.
CDI- which one really works "my motor revs up to 10k with stock cdi" looking for no rev limit and advanced timing
114 bbk i know this will work
cams work if u have right one.
IRK sounds like minimal gains for price
race head works.
carb and intake work if tuned right
spark plug and coil. only really needed if u have raised compression
with all of that being said what really work and doesn't looking for advice from ppl that have done these.

For the price of a BBK, IRK, Carb ect you can get a 150cc KRP off ebay and have tons more torque and h.p than from building a 110cc....
But if you insist on building a little engine I'd suggest:
TB BBK
TB race cam
IRK (off ebay/under $50) and yes they do help
24mm Flat Slide Mikuni
Port and polish the head
H.V oil pump
Thats the max I'd even consider to doing to a 110, well then again no I wouldnt, the 110 isn't worth putting $400 into when a bigger engine can be bought for the same price with just as much or more h.p stock then a 110 built up....

a 110cc motor feels like a 125 motor if you put a nice carb and exhuast on it

i use my x18 as a motor vehicle so the irk is prolly out since i dont want to have to charge a battery. a friend of mine has a machine shop has anyone ground done a flywheel and have it rebalanced. and i am looking for no more then 70 mph just to get up to a decent passing speed
