thanks for all the great comments. I am looking forward to this but it may be a pretty long process sice i am new to all of this. so, once again, thanks for the positive feedback. BTW, is it me or doesn't the X-22 look REAL similar to the 2004 Aprillia RSV Mille.

thanks again....

It's almost a direct copy. As for the plastic I have a site saved somewhere but I've not got it organized so I have to find it. The photo is of Troy Corser when he was winning on the Aprillia RSV. He almost took the damn tittle except for a few misfortunes I think he would have. The problems causes him to lose momentum in the championship and that's all-she-wroteausflag. Any way when I find the site I'll throw it up here. But for now here is a site with some replacement parts:

throw the plastic in the garbage can and go streetfighter style. It'll go faster & quicker and then you can ride a wheelie in 4th gear, ive got everything including the battery off my bike and i can be cruising slow or fast in 4th and ride a wheelie for a while not to mention itll pop up in 3rd without me doing a thing except twisting the throttle and mine is mostly stock

i highly discourage the use of venom motors. i ordered a swing arm from them and after a month still hadnt got it, so i called them and they said they hadnt even sent it yet! they even refused to upgrade my shipping.

venom motors = b_s

I don't give up easy JMK so I'm still hunting armyguy . I've looked through my saved sites at least 4 times and can't find anything, but I know it's there I just have to figure out were. If it wasn't I won't have found exploded photo's of the plastics, frame, and motor.

Actually the rear wheel is only a 13" it's the width that makes it look so weird. The 13" probably would have improved the handling over the 10" if they had kept the width down. A tire that wide compared to the front probably slowed the turning rate even more than the slow pace it already had. twocents dunno

The only problem.....well I have 2 problems w/ this place. 1st, the website dosent show any pictures of their parts. If I am going to buy something from you I would like to see it. Be it plastics, mirrors or anything. Second, they are in Canada. I would be worried about shipping costs across intl. lines.

This is the same bike(x-22) is it not?

They have the ZM2 (X22) and the Super ZM2 (modified X22)

I thought with a wide tire like that, you could get lower in the corner and be more stable at the same time. therefore better cornering?

Wider gives you a larger contact patch but the difference in the front to the rear can cause all kinds of weird funky steering problems. Look at the 125cc GP bikes. Their cornering speeds are insane. There's not much difference between the front and the rear. Another example is when the AMA first ran the FX class. They used larger Superbike slicks and the bikes were slower than the Supersports. Matching the tires to the bike can bring about a major transformation in the bike. cowboy

I think they look cool but was just wondering about that price.
Is there something different about it to make it that costly?

I looked into the bike when I first saw it. It has an alarm with a remote start. The swingarm has a extension added were the axle is to accept the larger rim/tire. A new bracket was made for the rear brake caliper. The single color paint is not OEM. There maybe a few other modification I can't see.
