well guys i finally got my 15 running strong top end. its a little un tuned on the bottom end but its really nothing. the top end is where i really need it right cuase i go on alot of long cruises. well i hit a all time record today while tuning. i did 58.2 mph on stock gearing. the only mods i have is 22mm carb, larger fuel lines, and ngk plug. waiting on my exhaust and i have my 28t sproket in my tool box. so with those other 2 mods on, i should easily do a little over 60, maybe 65? what you guys think.

uh why is the sprocket in the tool box? is your tool box slow?

If you hit 58.2 get a better exhaust i garrantee that will get you to the 60mph or a little more zone.A 17/28 on a basic 110cc i think it's gonna be a little tuff on the clutches in the higher gears.thinking_smilie

I shortened my chain the "Ghetto Fabulous Way" With a huge Craftsman flathead screwdriver and my persuasion hammer. 5 min tops.

yeah i am just going to use a small grinder to shorten the chain the ghetto way. and i think the 17/28 will be fine since i am a small guy, i am only 5'5" and 130 lbs. so it should be good. but if it does struggle then i am going to get a smaller front sproket maybe a 15& 16.

not if he gets a 114 big bore kit
i could probobly barely rock the 17 28 gearing

i have heard from several members that i should be fine. plus if its too much i will just down sizxe the front a tooth or two. the front is alot easier to change then the rear.
