I believe this has been brought up and explained before.
It doesn't matter how tight you tighten that axle or motor mounts you're still going to get that vibration.
Those holes in the motor/mounts have to be drilled open wider and mounted with the wider bolt and then you won't have that severe of a vibration problem.........
Lemme see if I can find that size unless someone else beats me to it.

shooter, I beg to differ bluelaugh I was this close to drilling biggers holes in my engine mount but with the simple tightening of the engine mount I didn't check before, I have zip, zero, nada vibration. It was the engine mount near the counter sprocket.

You should feel no vibration, if I fixed it on my auto x19, you can fix it on your manual. Those clutch bikes almost never vibrate as bad as the auto's

To make bigger motor mounts, I wouldn't think you would need to? but in Nutties tutorial, he had his engine out. All you need to do is drill 3/8" holes with a drill and the top mount has enough clearance, I would say the same about the counter sprocket mount too?

r32 it will be fine for a while, mine lasted a long time
but then it happened, i didnt even know cause the motor was so peppy any way
i just happened to brush the head and i saw it move, i was like wtf, thats what it was
engine vibration is the #2 or 3 killer of mids
I made anti-loosen helper engine mounts for my X-15. If you have an X-15/X-19 with the lower frame mount and crossbar..............you can make the engine sturdier...........Its easy and only requires minimal fabrication skills;- a tap; avise ;-a plumbers torch ;-1ft long by 1" wide by 1/8" thick flat rubber and some hardware from homedepot.....................
Theres two holes in the lower cylinder............They have no threads they are blank.they need to be tapped with a 1/4-20 tap.
Then you need a 1ft length of 3/16 thick by 1" wide weldstock from home depot and two 1" muffler type draw clamps, two 1/4-20 grade 8 screws. and a 5/16 drillbit.
Cut weldstock to 5" each piece an drill a hole slightly larger than 1/4" in the center tops of the weldstock about 5/16" down and round off the top tips with a bench grinder or a file.
Put drilled end into vise 1" heat and bend on a 45-50 degree angle and stick on head with screw and mark the weldstock for the second bend for the downward parallel bend for the outter frame. .
Bend second bend and drill the two holes for the 1" barclamp with nuts;/prime and paint the brackets.
Wrap the rubber around the frame tubes til the tubes reach 1" in diameter and tape with a small piece of electrical tape to hold it.
Add the bracket to the head and put screw lightly and barclamp the frame first then the head.
The motor will never shake and break again.Peace
