What carb size would you guys (and gals) suggest? 20 or 24mm?
110 with race cam, high compression piston, stock head (may clean up a little) and stock pipe. looking into an upgraded pipe soon (probably winter project)

the pipe is gonna hold you back alot...but you can do a stock pipe mod to get by on....i think ive seen 24mm go on those setups

On the inside of the stock exhaust pipe you'll find some sloppy weld and some room to eleviate some exhaust back pressure that gets directed back to the valve........
Take a rough grit half round file and taper open the ehaust flange/dremel open the exhaust donut too because if you just lay it over the mouth of the pipe youll see how much it closes up the exhaust flow already;-even before you even file the pipe...............
I got a copper exhaust donut and grinded it exact with the exhaust pipe taper I filed into it the manifold;-It took about an hour but it definately worked on a 110 w/camshaft and some other goodies and a 25mm carb.........
You can mod your own exhaust also;-you take off the rear silencer cap;-take a skill saw and cut out the outside center of the exhaust pipe end and pull out stock pipe end;- take 1" perforated stainless tubing and slip it over stock pipe nipple inside can and size perforated tubing to fit between the end you cut out and the can inside......put some packing around the stainless perforated tube loosely and take the cut out end piece and push it together and use silencer endcap to hold it all together if you cant weld it....You can get the stainless perforated tubing off of ebay for $6/ft...................Peace
I did my dual exhaust setup from my R-32 and I added some length to it and it worked fine up til the 114cc kit

go with the 24 and clean the ports up a bit. exhaust seems to be the biggest restriction i see on these midbikes. very small headers.
