ive seen them online for months and theyve stayed the same price of $125 plus shipping which is $40
im thinking of having a spare motor for times like now were i dont have an engine to safely run, with this 3 valve it leaves me some options.
its either this or a 125cc 3 valve which ive heard for years now, thier junk and stay away from the 125cc's.
i would consider getting a big bore kit for it, port and polish the head, intake, and exhaust.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I dont think they make any performance part for the three valve. :dunno:I personally would get even if I had to make my own part. lol

theres a 146cc engine with this valve head..didnt really make much of a power diffference but probably couldve used bigger valves

for the 3valve there is only a hicomp piston you can get, maybe a cam i forgot

You can run the standard high performance cam.The 2 valves branch off like a ''Y".

you can run a big bore..but you need the specific piston for it. any carb obviously will work. bt with porting it can have much of a advantage

Talking with a few Pit companies about it I found out there's a Hi-Comp piston and that's it. They've been trying to get Akunar to make a bigger piston so all you needed to do was have the cases bored but no luck so far. People wanting to stay in the 110cc class want this motor bad because of the build potential but no one's doing anything with it. I have mine and know you can't buy it bluelaugh

Yeah you can get an over bore piston for a 2 valve engine, have the cylinder bored for about $60 and then cut valve reliefs in the piston, thats what
T Bolt was doing but with a stock bore piston... As far as cams I never have gotten a definate answer if a 2 valve cam will work, I been told yes and told no that they are different so I dunno...
I have a new 3 valve in my X19 build.... I have to mod the headpipe to clear the clutch lever because this engine has the clutch lever on top unlike the stock engines that are in front plus this was a full auto bike originally...
