X18. Looking for an upper fairing mount. To raise and support the wndshield. The handle bars already touch the fairing.
I want to add mirrors. They dont weigh much. But the mirrors need the support of an upper mount.
Otherwise, the mirrors will flop up and down, break the fairing and not be able to see out of them before they ruin the fairing.
Any help in locating this type of mount will be appriciated!

I made my own mounts based off of a few real bikes I have seen I took some round metal stock about 1/8" thick and started by bending a round spot at the end for a bolt place I then attached it to the top windshild bolt then bent it to miss the handlebars when turning and made it go down to the frame near the tripple trees and then made another round end to rivet into the frame and I had my own windshild supports.

Thank you for the pic's! I ordered a mount to fit an X1 today.
Its gotta be strong enough to support mirrors.
Yours look cool!
I will have to make some 'ears' to support the mirrors, and weld them onto the mount.
I will post pic's when Im done1
Thanks again!
