hey guys..
i need to no how to take apart my engine so i can take out the crankshaft..
i got most of it done but i just don't no what to do now..
here are some pictures of where im at..
i need to no what bolts to take off so i can split the engine and take out the crankshaft..
i Googled it but didn't come up with anything..
if some one can post a link of a how to, that would be great or just tell me how to do it..
plz guys i need ur help!

as you can see most of it is stripped so i just need a little bit more to go..

it looks like the oil pump has to come out

okay well i just took all the bolts out on the left side and its starting to split but its kinda hard to take it off.. so im going to try to take off the oil pump and see if it helps out..

There's probably a seal holding everything up.

The seals on the shifter the crankase bearings,You just gotta take yur time and work at it.

its coming apart but where the kick start is i wont come off..
idk what im doing worng..
and on the left side up on top it wont come off either..

i took it apart..
shoot the crankshaft is HUGE!! lolrock2

It might be due to the uneven pulling.You might have to work it.I know sometimes when i use to take of the rideside motor cover.It seemed like it wouldn't come off unless it was lined up properly with the kick start shaft.

After all the motor's I've torn down I haven't touched one of these yet. Good photo's lil bro hope you didn't scratch the table. That'll put you in the dog house for sure bluelaugh I take it your stroking the motor?

its really easy once u get the parts u need to take off..
i just didn't have everything off thats y it was kinda hard..
and it was only my first time lol
umm im selling the crank,piston,cylinder..
gonna get some upgraded parts for this bad boy lolthumbsup2


oh also i didnt scratch the table lol
