Do you need one and how long can u ride w/ out stopping to let it cool down? I dont have one and i plan to take my bike to my uncles where i can ride everywhere. I didn't know how long it could go w/ out stopping and taking a break.

as long as you dont just set and idle for hours you will be okay, a cooler is always a good idea especially if you do any mods to the engine but you will be fine with the way it is...

I would agree with 125cc. Most people add oil coolers when they start to push the motor like racing. Otherwise a cooler isn't needed.
during break in you want to let it cool down about every 30 minutes until its cool to the touch. once you have done this about twice your good to ride for hours on end.

ok cool but one more off topic ? what is a good sprocket to go with a modded muffler and a 16 front. I need a rear sprocket and dont know what to go with (I want speed if it matters). I heard a 32 but dont know if i should go with it or ask here so i asked.
just get a 17 tooth counter sprocket and use the stock rear sprocket.

no that sux, get a 28
it makes first and second great
third and forth suffer a little till you get up in revs but your top speed is much higher
