View Full Version : Help hooking up oil cooler - How to?

I've been looking at my motor and cannot figure out how this thing hooks up, I've been looking for how to's online, videos, and cannot find anything.

Heres what I have

There's two ways to hook a cooler up. You can hook it to the head or the block. In your case. You would go to the block. There are two big bolts at the base of the cylinder on the right side of the engine block. I can see them in the pic you posted of the motor. They are to the right of the green plug in the pic. Those are the bolts you plug your lines to.

The screws on the motor look a lot bigger than the supplied screws in my oil cooler kit.

Can you direct me which lines go where? Does the oil running into the cooler go to the top hole, bottom?

THE TOP AND thescrews may look bigger but they will fit trust me!thumbsup2

Brian, I was looking at your videos on youtube last night to see how you had yours hooked up but your videos were to dark to see... Can you take some pictures of yours?
