X18 MCO info PLEASE!?!

Hey guys, gonna register my x18...ish bike, the dealer sent me a blank manufacture certificate of origin. Gotta fill the rest out. Can anyone tell me whats listed under the following categories? : Body Type, Series or Model, Make, G.W., H.P. SAE, G.V.W.R ? I would greatly appreciate the help. FYI doesnt matter if its any of the xbikes w/ 10"wheels.

Na don't use the the on MSO that you got with your bike. Call Bravo and ask them to make you one. They'll ask for your vin # and all the other things. You'll get it in like 2 weeks but when you go to the DMV they won't be like what the hell is this shit??
