i need help

on my manual 110cc engine there is a cap on the sprocket side of the engine my clutch is kinda tight and i was wondering if i take off that crome cap and losen or tighten the nut in there will that fix it PLEASE I NEED HELP if u can upload a pic to mabe guess what im talkin about that would be great

i got pics on sgowing with chrome cap and one without close and one with cap off and far i was if i losen that nut in there will that take out the stiffniss out of it. i mean that like i pull in the clutch and i move it and its like its kinda grabing

On adjusting the clutch. most guys are saying something in there needs to be tightened and lubed. 125 and Swheels have mentioned it a few times but to be honest I hadn't run into the problem yet so I didn't pay enough attention.

X18PocketRider had exactly the same problem with his X18. His clutch was kinda pulling. We found out there is an adjustment under the cowling on the side where two parts of the clutch cable are tensioned by a double-ended piece. If you adjust the thread position on one side (or something like that), you can fix that type of thing instantly without any special tools. rock2

Its possible we may be talking about two different things...if you are saying the cable itself is grabbing thats something else entirely.
If the clutch is grabbing because the cable is not pulling correctly, the fix applies. thumbsup2

dont worry about it but i was wondering my brake lights ot working when ihold the clutch in? and are all bikes that wat were u have to hold in clutch for brake light can someone help me out here

all of them are wired that way..retarded..you cut the wires(right at the plug in) going into the clutch handle..put female connectors on them then plug them into the brake handle..but you will have to hold your brake in to start the bike afterwards but you will have brake lights when you actually hit the brakes lol
