What I need to know is>

Are Pocketbikes allowed to Race at NJ Motor Sports Park/NJMiniGp..in your series.



Because as far as I know and have been told,pocketbikes are not allowed on that track..
From what I was told is that the track owner doesn't like pocketbikes.

He'd have to agree for us to be able to go there.

I don't want to tell pocketbike guys to go and thus we aren't allowed to go on the track and or race...

I'd like to race in the full series but I'd have to know for sure that pocketbikes can attend at that track..

Please let me know as I'd have to plan this date and put the info out there as this track is closer for many pocketbike riders.

Heck yea..I'm looking forward to it..

Looking for the track time, fun and enjoyment,I won't be going crazy out there..

I don't plan on trying for race wins,I would just like to grid in the back as I'm the only pocketbike out there.


Been getting the stuff ready all week,charging camera batteries..Tomorrow night I go get my fuel,Friday Sons birthday party here..I'm going to pack up early in the morning..

All right Mike and I are getting ready foe race day tomorrow .I will be staying at the shop tonight late so give me a call if you need me at 240-288-8220 We will be staying at motel across the street to get an early start.
I have had a lot of response to the racing so I hope we have a great turnout.
Looks like the weather could also now be on our side. So who is coming out?
I can't wait. We will have some prizes for top finishers the Saturday so don't miss out .

The First thing I did today was Figure out when my GRC RR didn't start at the track..I took apart the carb,....bone dry...installed a new fuel line,..Bike started right up one pull..

Seems a part of the fuel line dried upncrimped,collapsed after bike siiting for two years..

Not enough time at the track to mess with it,I want to be on the track,not wrenching..

Had a great time after being away from the track for so long. great mixing it up with everyone. not as many riders as i expected but allowed for too much track time (i'm tired). so much track time that there wasnt enough time to make changes to the bike.

Yes,we were going on the track so fast-much I'd run up,bring down a bike and we were back on the track..Gas up the bikes and go..
Not enought time to figure out I had a clog in the fuel line on my blue bike to get her going,glad I had other bikes there

Luckily I got some time to work on the new junior riders pocketbike ..

Hopefully if we have beginers at the track next race it'll actually give us time to mess with the bikes..I don't like to miss a lap so if I am to be on the track I'm on. ..

Track owner wants to make changes,I didn't see the list..It doesn't effect anything-anyone..just wants it safer for the new riders so they will have a time slot on the board now..

Some other things that can be adopted..(as my club used to do at Sandy Hook.

Beginner Race if enough Numbers.

that looks like my next time at the track..Funny as when I got home I worked on the yellow bike,blown another clutch-replaced it and the next day I got the blue bike running..I'm all ready to go again..

Now I'm working on getting a "better' clutch for the yellow bike as the Polini 2 shoes are wearing down after a race..

The bike was screaming at the track during the afternoon..

Blitz, not sure if i'll be able to make the next few events. I had some good times following Daryll and a couple times i though ti was going to run him over LOL. I spent alot of the time trying different shift points and gears. Cant seem time find the sweet spot just yet. the gap between 2nd and 3rd is just too big and in 2nd i kept hitting the rev limiter. I kinda cruised most of the day because it kept sprinkling and i still have flashbacks of my wreck there last year. speechless33

Yea I could hear that motor coming down on me hard then I'd try to scoot away.....I wasn't too good scooting away Saturday.The Mini Motards were on me hard..I was trying to ride consistant and not too crazy.the bike has a lot of power I just can't handle it sometimes,I'm not opening it up like I should on he bank..(that hay keeps saying HEY to me...bluelaugh

.....I pushed a liitle harder in the races but I was feeling very stiff all day....I just could not loosen up...I wasn't feling myself or comfortable on the bikes.
Once my helmet glass got filled with water dots I was trying to look through them and slowed a bit...I have raced in full rain on slicks but I've also went down in it..

I had a great time riding with you..I look foward to doing it again..

Back in the day many of the Pocketbike Racer Familes who lived in MD(Sandy Hook Speedway) used to offer their places/houses as a place to stay free for other traveling racer families but No PB Racer Families in MD are left..Or atleast they don't race anymore..: (

Yes,that's Luigi..On a fast as hell bike,I think it's the Derbi..I hear Luigi so I try and keep a steady line,open space for him to pass..Sometimes then I try to catch him and push it... it changes my pace to go faster.. but I'm pushing it to much then and I'll never catch him..

After the wreck I brought the bike in as the faring bolt was broke,grabbed the yellow bike..When I came back in I fixed the faring bolt and took the bike back out.
..I cracked the windshield in the crah..It was a Chinese replacement already as I can't get the original tinted euro type..I found a few Chinese versions on ebay but one guy has clear listed several times but doesn't actually have any in stock
Another company in Canada wants $18.00 to ship it..So I'm waiting on a'ship cheaper responce from them..

I started working on the bike sitting in the car coming home from the track,..I need to change the faring bolts as they broke and bent..I'm working on the bike right now.

I also have more vids,a lot of vids..I need to find some kind of editing software as nothinmgs letting me upload them..(too long.

What is Walk With Me all about?

Easter Seals Walk With Me is an opportunity for anyone and everyone to make a difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities in our community.

By walking—or supporting a walker in their fund-raising efforts—funds are raised that allow Easter Seals to provide services that help people learn to walk, talk and perform other skills essential to daily living; find fulfilling jobs; reach individualized goals early in life; age with dignity; and participate in camping and recreation programs.

Why am I walking?

I want to help make a difference in the lives of people in my community.

I trust Easter Seals as a fiscally-responsible organization.

I'm looking forward to enjoying being outdoors and having a great day!

GRC RR Pocketbike.I took the tank off and cleaned it out,month old gas=turned to crap.
I need to put the bike back up on the shelf but I don't want to pull my back out doing so before the walk tomorrow.
