The chain has been cut down and is the perfect size for the sprockets its just sometimes the chain doesn't completly fit into the sprocket.

I have a feeling its because its not lubbed and is completly bare because its brand new but idk.

I also took the chain off and noticed some links weren't bending or were really hard to so i sprayed some wd40 on them and are waiting to check it out later.

Any help will be appreciated thanks.

looks like a 28 on the back
i had to remove about 5 links from stock i think
you need a chain breaker to take out one maybe two more links and you will be straight

thats the problem i cant do that or the chain wont fit together properly? I took it to get the chain broken down and the guy said you can only take off 2 links at a time becuase of the way the master link works.

Would it be ok if i left it like this. Its now going in the holes and stuff becuase i lubbed it but hits the frame and basically roles on it.

Would there be a problem later on if i leave it like this?

No the chain as is is dangerous. It can skip off the sprocket and destroy all kinds of stuff including body parts.

take out two more then, you should have a chain breaker yourself, then you will be good

Oh and the problem is if i take out two more the chain will not fit back together once on the bike. We looked at it and it cant be done, its either too loose or too tight.

ok then are you adjusting the wheel properly?
the back wheel should be slid up till there is no adjustment left
then put the chain on so its loose a bit
then tighten up your chain adjusters on either side of the wheel
its easy once you know how
i bought mine from pbu as well and ive used it about ten times now thumbsup2

I use the quality light-weight spray stuff (no, not WD40 lol!) on the chain- and man it really works. The first time I sprayed it and spun the rear wheel, I almost thought something broke. I was like- yep proof enough for me. ok- I guess this stuff really does work. bluelaugh

Some of that will probably help your chain mesh better Blitz.
