Don't order any of those parts. Thats seems to be all from PBU and you will be way overspending. Try this:

184cc Engine
16/28 Gearing
28mm Mikuni Carb
Good Exhaust <--- Call XMR (xmrpros.com)
Brakes <--- XMR
Rear Shock <--- XMR or some pitbike shocks
Some Good Tires, maybe Maxxis Set?

And from a personal standpoint I wouldn't want to go 95 mph on pocket bike. Too risky in my opinion. If you do decide to go through with this build please buy all gear you can get your hands on, and PLEASE read up on builds to know EXACTLY what your getting into.

I agree, these bikes are not made for that type of speed, but if you are dead set on it, then get a steering damper off a full size super bike and put it on there. With out it, at 45mph it can sometimes feel a little squirrely.

Dude I'm pretty sure I'm right about this. You can't get to 160cc from 110cc OEM motor or any other 110cc I can think of without a crap load of machining and even then I doubt it. If you want 160cc then buy one off Ebay. A YX160 is a decent motor and not all that expensive and you will get most of the parts you listed. But you still will have a hard time hitting 95mph with it. All that crap they list in their adds is hype. What is a stage 3? A new needle and jets. You can buy those at Akunar for a fraction if what PBU wants. All PBU did was figure out which jets and needle you need for a certain application and package it up after buying the parts, probably from Akunar. The CDI boxes have rev limits the OEM CDI you already have doesn't. I bought a YX150 and kept the CDI from my 110cc motor. Search around in here it's not that big so it won't be hard finding examples of what I'm talking about when it comes to building a motor without getting screwed or buying something that will never live up to the hype.

d-section type exhaust or a pitbike exhaust, its all depends on what kind of motor you have, whether it be a crf50 head style of klx style of a head, i got mine off tbolts and it helps my 150 breath perfectly fine

You are gonna need a 22 tooth sprocket to go over 80-85 mph as well my friend. I suggest just going with a 184cc v2 or v4 and get a big bore pipe. I have done that on a x19 fastest i went was 93.5mph on my and did 90mph recorded on film. brianssuperbikeX on youtube.
And please for the love of god don't go wasting all your money on that pbu garbage.

thats the thing about buying a big motor. If you want to go any faster then you will have to rebuild that engine with better parts or buy a new engine.

I'll be brutally honest here. There are many bolt on combos that can get your bike fast on the topspeed side. But it's really gonna take a fair amount of custom tunning,REALLY! Brainx19 bike was fast no doubt but from the last vid i saw it looked to be 85mph going downhill. So breaking in to the 90mph i'll have to take his word for it cuz i haven't seen the vid. The reason i brought that up is because brian had friend of the his family shop build his motor.I don't think they did what they was supposed to do 100% or what they told Brian. What i'm saying is really do your research, not just here but where ever people are talking about these little motors. Take your time, don't rush it because there's nothing worst than buying up a bunch of motor and parts. Then putting it together only to be dissappointed in the end.I've seen it so many times on these boards it ain't funny. Then eventually they give up and sell their bikes. I know for a fact my modded 165cc is not gonna do 90mph,on level ground up or down a hill. Power speed = big bucks and theres no way around it.

I couldnt agree more. Power and speed = BIG bucks on these bikes because when you mod the motor everything starts to follow frame modding, tire, wheels, sprockets, controls, EVERYTHING. Swheels there is no doubt in my mind though that they did everything its just i didnt have enough road on that one video to keep going or else I would of been able to have 93mph recorded for sure..

S, if you changed your rear sprocket you could hit 90+
your motor has a short crank, late cam and no flywheel, i think it could do it, the wind would hurt you but the cam should keep you in the power
