edit.... i found the mount size on this one and its the one that fits the stock intake
might have to get this one bcuz i think thats the air/fuel screw beside the idle screw
the other one looks like it dont have one and i think the mount size is wrong

Does anyone know how well the 24mm works on the 110cc engine or is it just overkill

got it in yesterday. Im puttin it on right now and the spring inside sucks and is making my throttle stick so i used my stock spring and now its butter. BUT the freakin top where the cable comes in moves up and down to much which would make my idle all screwy, etc. so im goin to attempt to solder it in place and ill just have to unbolt my carb to unscrew the top if i wanna make adjustments

OH yea and blitz i hate you jk....i shoulda just got the one you had bcuz it wouldve saved me the trouble. It wont be tooo bad if i can fix the throttle slop problem (no the adjustment wont help)

might have found another top from a old yammy carb. Seems like it might work with some work

Just fixed the slop in the top on the original. I used a c-clip after i notched the housing and then threw a couple washers in there so it would keep it snug. Now the throttle cable is holding the slide open to much it seems. I havent started it yet but its just open to much so its time to cut and shorten the housing for the end of the cable so its shorter which lets my slide close all the way. Im gonna solder it back and i could make it look original if i painted it but i wont bcuz i dont care lol.
edit....i might throw some solder on the c-clip just to hold it in place

the billit throttles have like six holes for any size throttle cable
that would solve your slack issue
i bought two of these i like them so much

no the slop was in the actuall housing that holds the cable at the carb. Thats fixed and its idling good but when i get on it it bogs and dies. Could i swap jets and jfix this problem
i put the c_clip on the bottom notch of the needle jet also. It ran better but not anywhere good enough
It starts up great tho

it should make a big difference if the exhaust is free flowing

it helped it a little bit. Everbody else stayed the same from last week and we picked up about 2 tenths and gained 1 mph rock2. This is with the needle raised all the way up and not running a filter. Panty hose and a zip tie LOL

oh yea my exhaust couldnt get anymore free flowing unless i went straight header
all in all im happy with my 25 bucks spent
i had to replace the spring bcuz it made the throttle stick and grab. I also had to fix the throttle cable housing bcuz it was to long which made my throttle stay open. I also had to put a C-clip on it so it didnt slide up and down.
OH yea and the reason i was having trouble running at first was bcuz the damn main jet was completely loose. LOL

fo sho ill bump up to the 140cc later on bcuz it seems to be the best bang for the buck... I still need it kinda mild so i can ride smooth wheelies. I just like keeping up with the guys that spend thousands of dollars on there fiddys rock2
