X15 shock

i ordered a shock from holeshot and it came defective so i sent it back and havent heard from him yet
ive sent pm's and emails to his store front
id like to know what is going on

For some reason Holeshotz wasn't getting PM's or maybe it was private e-mail through Midbike Nation.
This is what he mentioned to me a couple of days ago........
"Sorry it took me forever to get back to you, i never get email notifications when people send me pm's on here."

I think he needs to reset the settings on his computer.

Anyway, I hope this helps and he is able to work through it.
