Hello All,

Like Swheels said the biggest hurdle will be the triple clamps. Once you have that sorted everything else will "Kind Of" fall into place, but it still ain't going to be easy.

Here are some pics to get a better understanding i hope. The triples are used in the pics are the stock x18's.I used those just to show what i'm talking about.Still the same principle. But if your gonna go with usd's i highly recomend using the ones from fancyscooters.Because i know the demensions are based off of the x1,2,6,8's.As for the pitbike usd's the spacing between the forklegs might not be wide enough to fit the x18 front rim. You'll have to measure it to make sure.I know for a fact that the ones from fancy scooters would allow the x18 front rim to fit but then you'll have to make more custom parts.Like brake disc spacers and i made some using the x1 rear rim.I cut out one side of the center hub. Then cut the center hub down to the width that was needed. Not easy to do by hand so i hand to use my milling machine.
I had to make these because i'm using the x6 triple trees cuase i wanted to use the x6 front rim which has a wider hub.

Well i've tried to upload the other pics. And i was doing them in a sorta step by step method. But they came up as files to large to upload and i down sized them so much that there almost blurry. These are the ones that a was able to upload. Now i'm out of time and have to rush off to work. But if you read what i wrote you'll see that it's kinda if you do this then you gotta do this to make it work.A can of worms i did not want to open.I'll post a link for the other photos. These are pretty vague i know.

Listen to Swheels he knows what he's doing. If it wasn't for him I would still be thinking I was thinking outside the box. My box is a 100 times nay a 1000 times larger now because of him.
