140cc lifan or ogm?

Ok I have a question for you guys..I have an option of getting a 140cc OGM:

I can get them both for the same price
I can get the lifan in either black or grey though but they both come with the same (oil cooler,24 mikuni,etc)add ons.
OH almost forgot..the ogm comes with a 6 month warranty the lifan doesn`tbanghead
Which is better or is there a differance in them? I would like to get the better one so please give me your input!thumbsup2

-guaranteed big valve head
-VM26 copy carb kit rather then 26mm taper bore
-EVERYTHING FOR INSTALL is included including a wiring harness if needed and a bigger sprocket
-6 month warranty is a big one because anything can go wrong at any time with this Chinese stuff

prob. pretty good considering one is built out the ying yang and one is stockPoke12But I am sure with a bbk and a good cam the 140cc ogm would smash the 141cc

Yeah it probly would with a BBK but the question was is the 141 as strong as the 140. He wants the best bang for his buck a built 125 or the 140 ogm. The correct answer is 141 will smash the 140. I've run the motors side by side even with it's so called goodies?? Don't get me wrong if you want to build a 150 bike it's the motor(140 ogm).

Actually he never said anything about 'best bang for his buck' he wanted to know how they were compaired together..the 141 yeah it will be some faster but its built as far as it will go.
Eventually he will get tired of that speed and well he won`t be able to build it any farther,as for the 140cc you are at the starting block and it almost as good as a built 125 and it stock....for the price he can get a 140cc with carb,oil cooler, 6 month warranty etc. its a very good price..better than 500.00 I think it was for a maxed out motor that could blow any day(you never know)..just my opinion.

the OGM 140cc 4 spd engine is actually a Lifan 140cc 4 spd. i own an OGM 140cc and it came with the Lifan tag and lifan serial # right on it and the engine cases have the OGM letters on them. they are the exact same engine. OGM is just the sellers or the shops custom cases or logo.with the exception that the old 140s came with a 4 plate clutch and the new OGM lifans now come with a 5 plate clutches. they fixed their only problem as far as im concerned. if u dont believe me look up the model and serial#s yourself. the OGM is a lifan. my engine says OGM and i know its great, but ive never had a 140 that had lifan stamped on the cases so i cant say anything for sure about it. i dont know if OGM did any tuning or slight modding to the engine that lifan themselves dont do before they sell them. i dont think they do. but if it is the same and i believe it is, it should be an excellent engine also. all of the specs are the same.

The 140 has better clutch and transmission. Cannot remember off the top of my head but i believe the borexstroke is different on the two engines. The 140 MIGHT not have more power but it does have a better bottom end. You choose.
