a rubber washer will not work very long, oil will deteriorate it unless it neoprene.....Look to see if there are any burs or dirt under the bolt...The cooler should have a steel washer with a neoprene seal in the middle on each side of the bolt...if they are missing you will definately have an oil leak and you will have to get some of these special washer/seals
If gas keeps pouring out the over flow on the side of thje carb the needle seat is stuck or the float is sunk in the bowl allowing fuel to keep coming into the carb...in other works it's not shutting off the flow of fuel....

its the drain tube for the float bowl. and u do need the special washers for the oil cooler. u might luck out with the fiber washers or maybe a certain size o-ring or plastic style o-ring or both. just experiment until u find out what works good and then post it. just in case i loose one of my special neoprine washers for my oil cooler. thanks

Hooked my oil cooler up today! No leaks at all for me! i just tighted the bolts extremly tight. hmm we'll see. if i see a leak soon, then ill just seal it with a rubber washer or an o ring that fits the bolts! and ya that the stinking float bowl drain tube, i already told u on mmp. Tighten the bolt its connected to and your fine!

my OGM 140 came with 8 steel-neoprine washers,i think, it may have been 4, but i think it was 8 of the steel-neoprine washers to use with the oil cooer. if its a new engine i would email the seller and ask him to send u some of them if it didnt come with em.
