i have a question, (i have a cag.)when u spin the back wheel is it supposed to keep spinning or is it supposed to stop right away?dunno

your brake is set to tight...loosen the cable bolt and let a tny bit of the cable back in then tighten the nut back...its not going to spin like a bicycle wheel though

well i'll try it but it makes a noise when u spin the wheel. it doesn't seem like the brake is to tight it makes this grinding sound.dunno but i'll try it anyways.:)

grinding sound? Is it coming from the brake caliper or the clutch? Does the chain pop too? look down the chain(stand behind it and the bike on a table or somethnig so you can look down the chain at eyeball level) and see if its straight.

That's the chain. Because of the tiny front sprocket on PB's the chain has to go round a very small radius and that makes the sound you are hearing as well as makes it seem hard to turn the wheel by hand. It's normal so don't worry about it.
