I wonder if anyone of you guys ever run one of these. Would this help any?

It made out of billet aluminum.

its a clutch cover/housing
it looks like a bling part rather than a go fast, but its behind a cover so idk

So I figure since its lighter than stock it should add some kind of performance.

its not very cheap. especially for a peice that u will never see when the engine is assembled and in your bike running. but if youve done most other mods already to the engine like; an IRK, performance exhaust, better or larger carb(over stock), different sprockets(i know sprockets arent engine parts but the correct ratio is vital to a proper running bike). then if u have done at least most of the other mods above then adding the billet clutch cover/housing cant be all that bad. the billet clutch cover/housing looks cool. ive never actually thought about it. why dont u try it and tell us your results. tell us if its a good performance part or an all-show-and-no-go part. if its lighter it should spin up faster hopefully giving performance similiar to that of an IRK or even a lighter oil cup. but who really knows till u try.
