my bike likes to come out of 2nd gear alot of the time. what could be causing this it does it at random times and its only 2nd. 1st, 3rd and 4th are fine but i will be cruising in 2nd gear and look down and the read out says 0 and the bike is in neutral. it does not do it much under decelerate but it does it alot when im just cruising or taking off hard. it makes me look like crap cuz it looks and sounds like i missed a shift.
also alot of the time my clutch wont engage right unless i push the lever out. i have to keep my pinky finger under the clutch lever to push it out most of the time.

Sounds like you've got two separate issues to check out.
On the transmission, pop the clutch cover off, and inspect the shift star, detent arm, and shift pawl. You may find the shift star is loose on the drum, the detent wheel isn't riding the star properly, or a spring popped off the shift pawl. If the motor is a 1 down 3 up shift pattern, consider putting in an SDG Shift Fix Kit. (It's an updated shift star, detent spring, and shift pawl spring.)
On the clutch, make sure it's not the cable binding. Check the routing, make sure there aren't any extreme bends, etc. Take it off and if it still drags when off the bike, get a cable luber, clean it with WD40, then fill with proper cable lube. If the problem isn't the cable, you need to start looking under the clutch cover again.
The cable should be adjusted so you have just a touch of freeplay before you feel resistance when you go to pull it in.

ok first off what is a shift star, detent arm and shift pawl? there is a round shaft that pokes out of the case that the ram clamps to that the cable pulls on could that be binding up in the case? then there is a gold deal in there that the round shaft pushes on that has the adjsuter in it what is that?
i can do that work i am a mechanic give me a daigram with the parts labeled and some specs or things that i need to look at and check on what parts and i will be good to go. when you tell me to check the shift star i have no idea what that even is. describe the parts to me and tell me what i need to do to fix it.
on the comming out of gear thing is that something that i will have to take the trans apart to fix or can it be done/checked on the out side of the motor or atleast under a cover or two?

This all lives behind the clutch and primary gear. To get to it you'll need to remove the clutch side engine cover, clutch, and primary gear. You'll need a Honda clutch nut tool (It's a castellated nut) and an impact wrench, along with a set of snap ring pliers.
Item 5 is the shift star. The valleys in the star represent the different gears. Number 7 is the detent arm, which has a roller on the end. The roller rides on the shift star, snapping into those valleys and preventing the drum (#4) from rotating further, this is what locks you into gear. Number 10 is the shift pawl, it's what ratchets the drum forward or backwards with each shift. Springs #11 and #8 can often be weak on chinese motors, the common upgrade is to replace them with TRX90 bits. The chinese 4 speed shift star is poorly shaped, with little separating 2nd and neutral's detents (valleys) causing some gear boxes to blow right past 2nd into neutral on downshifts. SDG came out with their own updated shift star that fixes this.

Without having first hand experience on your particular bike, no idea if there is room to do it with the motor mounted or not. If there is room to pull the clutch cover straight off, you should be good to go. Lie the bike on it's side so it doesn't make an oily mess when you pop the cover.
