Nothing ticks me off more than some business pirating and selling your personally engineered ideas and/or using your pics without your permission.
I don't mind some publicity, if you like my bike and it helps you sell your products and you use my pics, then that's a promotion and I should get something for it in return just as well.
Use my pics to promote your products without my knowing or permission and you're just asking for some legal problems.
I'm thinking perhaps Midbike Nation should have one of those fine print disclosures to keep this from happening or as mentioned earlier ....... a watermark, I'm submitting from a logo I did earlier, the MN combo.

If you noticed X-7 they didn't put a watermark on your photo. That would save them legal issues.twocents
