no a smart idea....now your gonna have a harder time fixing what you cuased
you should have just adjusted the cable at the handlebar and the middle of the cable where there are some more adjusters for the cable

no i have the same time. I think its just over time the spring wears out. I was looking into it and Im pretty sure its the spring or the cable has been stretched too far

I don't think its my cabel, i put it in 1st and i went down to where that lil lever is at on the motor, i got the lever pushed it up all the way and i put the lil screw in all the way and it still was hard to push!! and when i let it go back down it still moved when its not!! My clutch isn't disengaging??? angry_red Can any one help me find out the problem, is it my clutch, or some thing else, Where can i find a replace ment clutch at, or should i just upgrade to a better one, ??

Im having the same problem you are and it is because over time I found the clutch cable stretches and makes it where it doesn't engage all the way. You can test this by taking the cable off the handle and testing it by pulling it.
It should go all the way down when you let it go and when you pull it, it should move back up.

Its not the cabel, i took off the cabel and moved the lever by the motor with my hand, i pushed it all the way up and my clutch still dosen't disengage!!

I i think that my clutch might be fine!! i just need to adjust the cabel but i need to get a handel bar cabel adjuster, i need one of those! not shure cuz i was trying to fix it right now and it stalls and turns off when i stop????

yea if your cable adjuster on your stock handle is all the way out then your cable has just stretched too far over time (like mine) and chances are you just need a new cable
